    dotnet framework question

    Quickie:

Do I need to install the SDK to have the configuration tool in dotnet framework 2.0? It was there when I installed the framework only in 1.1.

    Ta.

I mean the configuration tool normally found under 'administrative tools'.

Yeah it installs another set of MMC plugins for 2.0 separately so you get 2 sets for different framework versions. The apps use the version specified in app.config / whatever.

        Sorry I didn't get what you meant - I rarely use that - I prefer gacutil.exe
