Resources for learning AngularJS with PHP

I'm now quoting on a project which is going to use AngularJS, PHP & PostgreSQL.

The reason I'm using PHP is the existing data layer is already written as it is used for their current website. So I don't really think it needs to be rewritten into something else. All I think I would need to do transform the recordset results into JSON - can't imagine that would be very hard.

I don't know too much about AngularJS other than it is a MVC framework for javascript in the client.

Anyone recommend any good sites for learning this. Are there any good sites to find plugins or extensions for UI that work with AngularJS.

It isn't free though. I use the credentials of a Client co mate.
