Quick Ltd Co bank account setup

30 days vs 30 minutes 30 days vs 30 minutes I first applied online to Alliance & Leicester, who, after after about 3 weeks not hearing from them, finally contact me to get my CompSec to physically go to a branch and show photo id etc. My CompSec, who graciously gives his spare time on a...

    Optimizing dividends

Firstly, didn't you read my last thread above yours? Also, you're the second person in this thread who has done this -> :suicide: "With all due respect", yes I do find it quite irritating. Don't you think the whole point of this forum is so that members can ask silly (if not a bit stupid)...

    Optimizing dividends

@pickle: :moon: Ok, but let's say hypotetically my contract finishes Dec this year, and I don't draw from my company account for six month (say because I'm away in Canada skiing for the season). If I then go to draw from my account in May 2008, are you then saying I can just draw a...

    Optimizing dividends

Hi All I'm new to this forum. I usually ask my accountant these questions but he's on holiday so I thought I'd post it here instead. My query is one re dividends, and essentially optimizing it. I have been thinking about it quite intently, and wanted opinions re below... I am in two minds as...
