How much should i charge, newbie alert!!

Hi All, Im new to contracting, just been made redundant and finish next friday, i've setup my LTD company and have company bank account setup also. Im not sure what rate i should charge for my services, i currently cover 12 sites UK, doing desktop support, lots of different apps, RF networks...
