Thats the message that i recieved from them "The £250 is simply the standard charge for transferring a company if we have incorporated it but you have not worked through it via us. I will email you over an invoice later today, as soon as we have a received payment I will transfer the company...- PeterPan

@rootsnall i left them after 2 months because they screwed everything up what can be screwed up and now they are charging money for that. @jh0711 i have a 12 months contract- PeterPan

They wrote me that they are charging for: "to cover the cost of incorporating the company for you and completing the transfer to your new accountants" So that would be 250£+ VAT for just beening with them for 2 months.- PeterPan

I just changed my accountant recently and my new accountant told mr that it would be easy and free of charge. Now my old accountant comes up with a few of 250+ VAT to get my company i have been trading with. Can they do that?- PeterPan
