Rate Cut
Swiss setup is slightly different to how things operate in UK. Most roles have to be done through a payroll company and very difficult to setup a company here. Tx- oloks

Hi Guys.. I have been on a role in Geneva since last year January and it has been rolled over till June this year. Client are willing to extend till the end of the year but with a rate cut of almost 30%. Agency is not really willing to absorb any part of this cut. Market is dead..!!!, agency...- oloks

Restraining order - anyone had any dealings?
You can issue a Civil Injunction against him forbidding him to use abusive or threatening behaviour or words against you. If he breaks this order, then you can apply to court to have him committed, normally this is enough to scare them off. This will have to be served on him either by a court... -
