Umbrella Co query

Hi, Has anyone had dealings with the umbrella Co Focus Contractors Ltd? Weekly payments comprise PAYE & Growth Shares Payments, with Capital Gains Tax deducted for shares. Net return around 78% . It doesn't seem their payment scheme is disguised remuneration as tax is declared. Any advice...
