yes, erm? If a contract is ended prematurely by the Client, can the Contractor still take another contract during the notice period? Better? -

...if a 12 month contract is ended prematurely by the Client what's the situation with notice periods: If the Contractor has a one month notice period but the contract is prematurely terminated can the Client still take another contract during that period? -

Having had personal experience of said Project.... the input by the third party suppliers is minimal compared to the fluck ups internally by the Project Mgrs / Contract owners...... its incredulous there's also a nefarious attitude amongst the 'long standing' air heads on the contract... -

Bank charges eh
My credit card co. wouldn't cancel my card when I phoned up ...even though they owed me money.... because I don't know what my Internet p/w is.... I've never used the internet facility!!!!?? Blinkin' feckers!! -

Bypassing the agency
I had a similar situation myself.... couldn't get rid of the agent at first as this was an urgent role. Went for two interviews, the interviewer even stated he was very impressed and couldn't decide between me and A.N.Other.... then it all went quiet.... two weeks later and the agent phoned me...
