All I'm going to say, is I'm glad we have prepared accordingly. Really feel for others who are not in a stable situation, I believe the government could have done more, but I do have largely self employed people in my family (not contractors).- MrMarkyMark

Morning! :wave: Lovely day of sorts yesterday, cooking mainly. The sticky pork belly, recepie posted earlier, was absolutely sublime. I did change a few things as far as the sticky glaze went, but very similar really. A few beers and a couple of smokes were had during its production :smile.- MrMarkyMark

They have indeed, most are good, although I haven't tried all obviously. I like the guys attitude as well, seems to personally look after the farmers very well. Mrs MM bought me a monthly subscription this year, where only 100 people can subscribe. I can honestly say I have loved every...- MrMarkyMark
