Guys, I started my first ever contract 7 weeks ago via an agency. The contract i signed with the agency was to be paid via PAYE terms, my first 2 weekly payments were consequently via this method. The reason for a PAYE contract was that i needed money ASAP and was unsure what to do with reagrds...- Herby

Hi Guys, Apologies for Hijacking the thread. I am i a similar position to Damo, earn roughly the same (slightly less) and work in finance. If i do not work i do not get paid, is this sufficient to be outside of IR35?? I would like to set up my own LTD company and manage it myself. Does anyone...- Herby
