Has anyone else been completely d*cked around by Huxley Associates Account Dept.? I started a new contract at the end of Jan and invoiced for 2 days work ..... I sent an invoice the format of which has been acceptable to all other agencies for over 4 years and was advised a week after receipt...

Hi I’m being chased by the tax man with regard to a contract between an IT agency and my limited company. Things have reached a stage whereby the tax man has reviewed all the relevant contracts but deemed me to be employed rather than self employed under IR35. Now I’m liable for an extra chunk...
