    Contractor for a US company

    Hi, I have just started a full-time permanent contract with a US company, they have no offices in Europe. On the contract/agreement I am an independent contractor. So how should I set up my self? Self employed, sole trader or LTD? Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks Carlo
