Not sure if it's been asked or answered in this thread, but is it worth renewing TLC tax cover with QDOS in incase HMRC go after other accountancy firms in future? Also for those companies already closed via strike off or mvl then are we affected or could be affected in future?- eldy

Ah ok, understood - as I am being picked up from home and dropped off to work and vice versa at end of the day and its being paid for by the Recruitment Company I have to pay tax on that benefit. Fair Enough, I will make sure I enjoy the rides.- eldy

Unknown Umbrella Companies
Anyone heard of these Umbrella companies or any concerns known? Yellow Stone, 6Cats I have been made an offer (I am UK based, work to be done in UK for a large European company) and agency to pay in Euros. They have an existing PSL and the above 2 are the ones they have mentioned.- eldy

SDS Inside Received after 6 month contract and moving to Umbrella
He's going to hold his hands up and organise payment before end of this tax year so that he is in the clear. You would state 100% pension payment, then umbrella pays as much as possible to the Pension and what ever they are legally supposed to pay you (I.e minimum wage) goes to you, you can then put that wage in Pension yourself Also able to make use of Pension Carry Forward for previous tax year...- eldy
