Company purchase and associated domain name
If they are leasing the pub from the brewery then then should be no issue in obtaining access to maintain the website, you'll never own the domain name though as its the breweries. If its buying the freehold then its easier to just register a new domain name and include something like ***New...- downsouth

The Tories have 'killed buy-to-let for the middle-classes'
and just how has BTL inflated prices??? if anything its allowed lots of people the ability to live in a property they probably cannot afford to mortgage themselves even if the rent is the same as the mortgage If the BTL numbers dont stack up then it wont be bought on BTL, so that aint the fault... -

shade under 3hrs yes! I know of a few who did commute from weymouth but thats taking the pi$$ and they use the commute to sleep each day -

Well as name suggests i'm downsouth, so ere goes, TBH only real contractor companies in the Bournemouth/Poole area are JP, LV, Barclays and Nationwide Obv over in southampton theres a few companies also, but nothing on the scale of londinium but the london commute is just about bearable @2hrs... -
