It's through a limited company.
Yes
I didn't think they were sufficiently close enough, could you detail which example(s) you mean pls (though I appreciate you said 'from memory').
I thought a change of client would be sufficient but my accountant suggested otherwise.
I guess I thought that...
Hi all,
my home/office is in Brighton, my clients tend to be in London.
My previous contract was in London and was for 4 years in the end, stopped claiming on it a long while ago.
I have just started a new contract, also based in London, but for a different client company.
I cannot work out...
and does the new (likely) legislation mean distribution of co. shares (say betw. you & co. sec ==wife) wouldn't matter either way? i appreciate i may be talking cr@p here... anything helpful gladly received!
done that, all seems the same except stance on bearing of the Arctic case, and min term (12 NW vs 6 a4c) - not sure i'd be going more than 6mths but may be.

Or, does NW offer tip-top advice and service, structure...

I'd refer you to the question I asked on another thread, i.e. "...although the [loan providing] co. could go bust in theory, Hector and a large tax bill can't happen for a guernsey-based company can it?"
Quite possible I'm missing the point, but I'm asking questions here, not posturing!
PS...
Back to my question... again...
Back to my question... again...
I said "And, although yes the co. could go bust in theory, Hector and a large tax bill can't happen for a guernsey-based company can it?".
I'm not talking about ME, I'm asking about the loans company's position (which I don't...
more of the same

No, afraid not (not been in the game long), but from what I read about them, the set-up at P+ is quite different.
And, although yes the co. could go bust in theory, Hector and a large tax bill can't happen for a guernsey-based company can it?
Company loans?
Company loans?
Do you mean a loan from your employment company? Indeed that's the case, but what about a commercial loan where a commercial rate of interest is paid on it?
