Thanks for the info, that's interesting to know - are customers generally willing to reword contracts to become IR35 friendly or do contractors typically then have to operate inside IR35 for that contract?- conejo

IR35 - individual or contract scoped?
Hi If there is an IR35 investigation, is it just for the current contract you are working on or is it a status that is applied to you as an individual\entity for all future engagements? For instance, if I have a 6month contractor and I am working outside IR35, and then IR tell me in month 4...- conejo
