What extras do you put on your CV
Hi I was just wondering what extras do you think you need to make you cv stand out. Do you go out of your way to get certified and keep your certifications up to date? Someone else mentioned training, whitepapers? Do you do things like post articles to dev sites or list all your training... -

Well it paid off to ignore the dodgy agencies as after waiting a week the phone rang constantly so there must be at least one job out there.....probably 15 agencies with the same job though...but at least the phone is ringing :) I change my voicemail to say "Off the market" saves on repeating...- coflc

Rate increase
i got 355 so am happy though have to wait another week for this contract to start its been almost a month now! I'll be seriously avoiding short term pilot projects after this and sign off for main project takes too long.- coflc

the guy I negotiating with is another contracter who got the project and has sub contracted me. He told me that i could ask for more as we had a delayed start so will play fair and meet him half way so I gain and he saves. yes none of those agencies ever got back to me when I went quiet. As well all know if there was a chance they could make some dosh from you theyd be on top of you faster than a chugger......charity mugger. :)- coflc
