Rates being Surpressed?
i've had a couple of instances of agents changing their minds on rates shortly after getting the brush off, however in 2 of the cases when i've gone on to interview, i've subsequently found out that the original rate was closer to the true figure and the agents have overstated the rate just to...- blesshim

lovely in theory lovely in theory i agree that it would be lovely to have someone out there to do all the leg work and act on your behalf but sadly that is highly unlikely to happen!! it would require an entire overhaul of the recruitment market where only those who were actually good at what...- blesshim
