    West 28th Street Limited

I suspect both Greenwoods and Elysium were probably already aware something was developing before the April correspondence landed, whether through earlier approaches, clients contacting them or otherwise. Greenwoods have since also put out a follow-up video clarifying their position. I can...

    West 28th Street Limited

Out of interest, putting aside individual circumstances for a moment, what are people’s thoughts currently on Greenwoods vs Elysium in terms of approach/reputation/strategy? Or are there other firms/groups people here are using or speaking with independently? I think a lot of people (including...

    West 28th Street Limited

I’ve also been in contact with Dan and provided some background information/documentation relating to the wider history of these arrangements and associated entities. Hopefully the more factual material he receives from different people, the clearer the overall picture becomes. He responded...

    West 28th Street Limited

I think independent legal advice is probably sensible for anyone seriously concerned about the recent correspondence, although obviously costs are a major factor and not everyone will be in the same financial position. I’ve spoken with Freeths as an independent UK litigation firm and they are...

    West 28th Street Limited

Hi all, I've not been on here for years thinking it had all gone away... unfortunately not. I’ve engaged Freeths in London regarding the recent West28/Trethowans correspondence and have provided them with a substantial amount of historic documentation including agreements...

Things about to get very serious and much more real? / Felicitas Letters

Interesting that these are all varying offers and all linked to the same firms (IQ Contracts, IQ Consulting and Infinity and perhaps others like Winchester).. Yet some are without any offers at all but for large demands of £0000's to be paid within days.. So, perhaps it is related to the...

Things about to get very serious and much more real? / Felicitas Letters

So it appears there are 3 variations of letter been sent out, some for an admin fee, some for a 1.5% reduced rate of value and others for a full amount £000's demand to be paid by 20th or 30th. Again like previously mentioned, it is best to seek advice on deciding to ignore, dispute or try your...

Things about to get very serious and much more real? / Felicitas Letters

Not sure yet. It is of similar tone to all the previous demands all had different demand amounts. This is not a SD demand. Only this time with out any "% offer". I will take advice tomorrow as they send these out on a Saturday reducing the response time. Sounds like another scare tactic.

Things about to get very serious and much more real? / Felicitas Letters

I received the same, no offers of a % reduced payment, just full payment demand within 7 days.. Although the amount was not to the full original amount but around 1/3rd less.

IQ Consultants, Felicitas Solutions, ECS Trustees - loan repayment demands

But it was already classified as Income Tax by HMRC, they cant tax it twice.... Can they? Therefore, If the Income tax has already been settled with HMRC, even if its still going through, then IF Gladstones' letter is true to their word, then making that one off payment would write those "loans...

IQ Consultants, Felicitas Solutions, ECS Trustees - loan repayment demands

My letter read exactly the same... Interest amounts only on the last "loan", although I was never informed of any interest rates.. Or, I can opt to pay a one off single payment for a larger amount and all interest and all loans will be wiped off.. And how will they guarantee this? Will they...

That would be great thankyou, likewise I will share anything I find out too.. When you say template provided, Is this for the letter of dispute? I have prepped mine with the bullets points from a post by Matt. Additionally, I will also be drafting similar emails for SRA (Solicitor Regulatory...

IQ Consultants, Felicitas Solutions, ECS Trustees - loan repayment demands

Hi all, I was wondering, what is classed as 'Engaging' with them... Is the Dispute email I want to send to Gladstone's classed an engagement? JayBoogieToday; You mention Gareth Griffiths, I remember him from IQ and email correspondence from him in the past... If I knew then, what I know...
