I think you'll find that the new labour use of satellites to spot if you have a shed is NOT related to adjusting your council tax... it's to allocate new housing for immigrants.
I think you'll also be fined if you don't provide your shed with heat, water, and light.
I'd like to point out, the phrase "a shed load of" does not refer to a shed as in a garden shed, but to the phrase "to shed a load" as in "the lorry has shed its load".
So to summarise, a shed load of daleks, would infact mean a they are off the back of a lorry. Know what I mean mate?
