Feckwhits in human remains now want information off me to prove I have the right to work in the UK.

This fecking place is truly unbefeckinglievable.

you can have great fun with that. Clearly they asked for that information when you first joined or back when it was first required (back in the early 2000's from memory). So just ask why do they need it now as I clearly remembering providing it to you when I first joined. You haven't lost my personal confidential details have you......

You've read my mind. :D

Did exactly that.

Haven't received an answer as to why they don't have the docs I provided back then.

Tonight's dinner has just been sorted and is in the oven. Bloody Mary braised beef.

Saw it on a cooking program last night and thought, right, I'm doing that asap.

Make a big jug of Bloody Mary but with pasata.

Pasata, Vodka, Tabasco, Worcester, S+P, add some grated horseradish and a dash of port (don't know how common the last two are). + 250 mi water

Brown the beef joint, add some roughly chopped onions, a couple of thyme twigs tied together then pour over the Blood Mary and whack in the oven at about 130/140 until whenever. Will have a looky after about 4 hrs.
