Me too at around the same age for the same reason. V sore at the time. Your mate must have been mental to have it done as an adult.

I am, probably because it is fairly normal in South Africa (and other hot countries).. My eldest son had his done when he was 6 weeks old.. The youngest is yet to have his done (just gone 8 weeks old)..

I believe this is a problem that can be resolved by the regular application of soap and water as opposed to painful surgery.
