Set up an investment fund and for aspiring entrepreneurs and a scholarship fund for young people in the turd world, probably mainly Africa seeing as I lived in West Africa as a small child and have seen a lot of it.
900 million well spent could make an enormous difference in some parts of the world and that would be my aim; get the biggest results for the money. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014Comment

BBC News - University of the People - where students get free degrees
Though I think targeting basic education might be more valuable in some places. While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment

With large amounts of money in your back pocket, you could have a real impact by investing in businesses and apprenticeships / education to process raw materials in the country where they're grown: roasting and packaging coffee, manufacturing peanut butter / groundnut oil, whatever. It keeps money in the country and promotes engineering, construction and management jobs with associated education etc.Originally posted by doodab View PostSomething like this could be worthwhile.
