      Thankfully my MIL only prefers decent restaurants, my SIL on the other hand is a fussy eater.
      This makes life difficult if we go places not to mention her kids which are even worse, because they're in tow we end up going to some pub with a million things on the menu, which means (and I've had the displeasure of working in such an establishment) everything is frozen and from a really crappy supplier.

      Mr N and I often make a point of picking somewhere that doesn't allow kids.

      As for my own family one of my brothers has delusions as to what is a good restaurant and always insists on picking the wine (he thinks he's an expert just because his shop sells cheap plonk).
