^^ Absolutely this. Very impressive indeed. The steam punk stuff is great. Loving bag 1 and 2!! Are you a steam punk fan then or just a spot in the market you are aiming at? How do you sell this stuff? Just out of interest how much do you charge for bag 2? That has to be a pretty profitable plan B surely. IMO that stuff is waaaaay beyond a hobbyist.Originally posted by EternalOptimist View PostHoly sh!t, what a fantastic bunch of stuff. It's very rare that any of the people in IT or on CUK impress me (I know you are not in IT)
But that stuff is brilliant
there are not enough people in this country these days who make stuff. impressed
Can I just add a bit of constructive criticism though... All of the stuff is amazing.. except for the bracelet saying Aaliyah on it. The letters are not straight and kinda detracts from the rest of it.Last edited by northernladuk; 1 March 2014, 00:30.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!

What I really want is an 8 foot predator made out of scrap metal (motorbike chains for dreads etc), but my other half is having none of it.While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment

May not be a plan B now but it could be. The LARP scene has grown up a lot (well the players have) and people are willing to pay for good stuff for costume.Originally posted by Halo Jones View PostI was asked about the things I make in leather, well I have finally got round to getting some photos & a flickr site.

The shots themselves are pants: I am not & never will be a photographer, they are more a guide / personal portfolio for me
Constructive criticism is welcome: I am only a hobbyist & this is not a plan B
& yes that is BGG in the Anubis mask
This guy is probably one of the best known, but plenty of others are doing well with it. Welcome
Etsy and other sites are good places to sell stuff like this. This Facebook group is worth a look as well (assuming you don't know it already) https://www.facebook.com/groups/289666864462656/"Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment
