Someone posted a gig very similar to this not so long ago and we had a long debate on it. Can't find the old thread though.

Minimum wage for a UK Apprentice is £2.68 an hour. (This rate is for apprentices under 19 or those in the first year of their apprenticeship)

Minimum wage in, say, Roumania is £0.79 an hour

So this contract at £4.10 ph really is quite generous.
