The ZeitPhotography phase was never expensive (£300 or £400) and ceased with the demise of ZeitMog*.

Ah, yes, the home cinema equipment is another - even the friggin' telly stand cost north of £700!

Mr Z moved the mixing desk and mini keyboard into our living area yesterday (apparently it's 'too cold' in their own room). So we had a fun couple of hours working out which cables still work

          Not yet.

I am thinking of one of these

DFRobotShop Rover V2 - Arduino Compatible Tracked Robot (Autonomous Kit) - RobotShop

I've suggested getting a robot hoover to ms doodab but it would be fairly useless with the lego all over the floor and so on. We need a robot with arms to tidy up first.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

£99 doesn't sound 'gedgety' enough, does it?

I usually get mine from thomann. Even with the postage they are better value. The cordial ones are well made, I have quite a lot of those.

I'm just waiting until I've finished rebuilding the radio controlled cars.

You bugger, that link has now made me get my credit cards out. Frau D. is not going to be happy when she gets home . Either this:

Tenayo SW301 Silent NA - Thomann UK

                      or this:

Traveler Guitars Ultra Light NAT Steel - Thomann UK

So that I can play in my hotel room without annoying the other guests too much
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
