I don't watch terrestrial TV in my lodgings during the week, but caught the BBC news at the weekend.
The time devoted to this story was utterly absurd, almost (well, completely I think) to the exclusion of anything else happening in the World, for at least 20 minutes until I turned over.
I guess some news bod had been hurried up there to be "on the scene", and this idiot was just standing there waffling on about absolutely nothing, as he obviously knew absolutely nothing (about developments in the case). It seemed as if he was literally spinning out his sentences, slowing his speech and using phrases like "time period" instead of "time" to fill the slot.Work in the public sector? So I make a comment that happens to run against the grain of this rather bullying little clique and all of a sudden I'm a troll. Can't you handle the fact that there are others out there with differing opinions?Comment

in order to be an 'honour killing', it has to be a bird, of a certain age, of a certain culture
you couldn't have gotten it more wrong if you had tried.
most people would have got embarrassed, oopsed, and kept their gob shut for a couple of days.
but you carried on full steam ahead which means you are either a troll, thick as a plank or a founder member of the 'Ive got a hide thicker than a rhinocerous wearing a leather jacket' society
