it was decided decades ago this practice was to be discontinued its totally unsanitary, not sure why any train boss with such carriages is allowed to get a bonus?

For goodness sake its just fitting a septic tank, pretty sure they could be retrofitted on most carriages.

I didn't realise opening the bomb bay doors on the tracks was still legally permitted?!?!? WTF?!?!?

Those old grater anglia carriages are luxurious (no exageration) compared to the first capital ones. Didn't realise the head was just a trap-door though

I thought it might have been a laugh trying to ram a brown draught excluder down the pan and leave it hanging there just as the train rolled into the station. Oh the horror!

News at clientco regarding this mornings Rochdale to Manchester service failing to stop at any intermediate stations owing to someone depositing a tulip outside the toilet door and the train making a dash to the depot to be cleaned. Apparently the station announcements didn't mince their words. :

I like to think it was intended as a comment on the quality of Northern Rails rolling stock.
