You don't get a PhD in Comp Sci from Cambridge with a low IQ Atw - what are your credentials ?

You don't have the intellectual capacity to get a parking ticket from Cambridge.

If you know anything about programming you ll know some of the best programmers are self taught. (Although I have a degree and am a great programmer..). To announce you went to Oxford or Cambridge is no proof of ability.

You can pick up a computer and software, along with books and internet connection fairly cheap. Using this you can learn programming and nobody gets hurt, same can't be said for brain surgery unless you go digging fresh graves.
