btw your logic is wrong. Hartnell is the 'first' incarnation, we're on the last. Of course the master had them all reset and who is to say that with the time lords dead who sets the rules? The white guardian???

Also who is the 'missing John Hurt' incarnation???
Iirc hurt is the 5th, after the time war. A nasty incarnation after mcgann, who the dr wants to forget about.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

        1. Hartnell
        2. Troughton
        3. Pertwee
        4. Baker
        5. Davison
        6. Baker
        7. McCoy
        8. McGann
        9. Eccleston
        10. Tennant
        11. Smith
        12. Capaldi

12 incarnations is only 11 regenerations, this still allows John Hurt to be the Final 13th incarnation/12 regeneration, but there are million of theories as to who he is

Point taken. My initial calculation is wrong.

Of course. The doctor may regenerate into Suity on his last turn as opposed to Hurt. He will travel the universe running away as usual but this time tackling evil Project Managers who cannot get the requirements nailed down, battling the dangerous sniffle monster of Hypochondriac and defeating the despicable ammonia monsters of Bedwettier.

God I hope his companion isn't you.

If the 12 regeneration is a woman, and she gives birth to a child, who has regenerative qualities, the child could start the whole 12 regeneration process all over again.

Could the child of a male doctor not have regenerative qualities?

Doctor's daughter may have regenerative capabilities. As far as lasting the distance,

                Hartnell - 1963 to 1966 - 4 years
                Troughton - 1966 to 1969 - 4 years
                Pertwee - 1970 to 1974 - 5 years
                Baker - 1974 to 1981 - 7 years
                Davison - 1981 to 1984 - 4 years
                Baker - 1984 to 1986 - 3 years
                McCoy - 1987 to 1989 - 3 years
                McGann - 1 film (1996)
                Eccleston - 2005 - 1 series
                Tennant - 2005 to 2010 - 5 years
                Smith - 2010 to 2013 - 4 years

his daughter jenny is already out there, I for one am willing to take one for the team and impregnate her, if I fail I'm sure Mitch will succeed!
