Saturday - running round after everyone (and dog) as MrsF recovers from her operation.
Sunday - much of the same.

Saturday, taking Pogle jr & chum to Manchester museum,
Sunday maybe a picnic & fossil hunting in Clitheroe
Tonight, pink wine and catch up on GOT, the final of The Following and after a promising start seeing if Defiance can keep it up.
I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

Just done a short ride on bike. Now, eat pasta. This evening, eat pasta. Tomorrow, eat pasta, Sunday morning, pasta for breakfast, Sunday midday my first bicycle race with the club over 100kms; did one over 70kms last year but on my own, before I joined a club. If I stick with the group then sprint the last bit I might snatch defeat from the jaws of utter humiliation. Have lost 13kgs in one year but I'll still be the biggest guy in the race, which isn´t a problem until we hit a hillock, but I´ve trained all winter for those so I might be OK.

Benched at the mo. Out to our local Italian tonight. I've broken a couple of toes so might not be able to get to the gym as planned. On a TOGAF course next week so revising stuff.

Owwww! I once taped a teaspoon under my toe as a splint to carry on training. It hurt but it worked. I seem to have become less stupid with the years because I wouldn´t even consider it now.

I have them taped up with plaster and have taken a load of Ibuprofen.

                      Does it?

It is my wife's best friend's anniversary so we are having their two children for the night. Their 5 year old is very good friends with our 4 year old and our younger ones play happily at the same time in the same place even if not actually together.
