      The only cheese I can eat is mozzarella which doesn't taste of cheese. Tried many times over the years to work up to other cheeses but anything stronger than butter and I can't go near it. If somebody's cooking with cheese I have to leave the house.

            Halloumi is best served sliced thickly and toasted or barbequed.
            wouldn't eat it straight from the pack.

                Yeah, it's often served as a veggie alternative to meat (but don't let that put you off).
