Went to see my NHS stop smoking lady / counsellor last night. Good progress, can go to the pub and get mortalled and still not smoke etc etc

So she gives me this gizmo to blow into. Scale from 1-7

1 - Green
2 - Amber
3 - Red
4,5,6,7 red

Measures CO (Carbon monoxide to the uninitiated)

She proudly tells me I should be in the green. I blew a 2, amber.

What does this mean I ask. Well she says, at that level you have the same level of CO in your system as if you smoked 7 fags.
