I was once asked to do some admin, which was uneccessary and brought in by a 'new broom'

I told him that I was happy to do it, I was not averse to renegotiating my contract if circumstances changed

one mention of renegotiation and he stfu and dissappeared up his own .

If they push it SY, say you will accept the additional responsibility and propose the new rate

I'm requested to send a weekly email to corroborate the entries on agency timesheet system. Duplication and a waste of time, yes, A waste of my time? No.

That's the only reason I indulge the twunt.

            Dear oh dear.

I can't. I spent the majority of January pointing out that I had nothing to do, and hence no job codes to assign against the hours so I actually CAN'T fill out the timesheet.

I sent email after email pointing this out, was summarily ignored and then on 01/02 he suddenly kicks off.

Please for the love of pete get this point?

A proper contractor would take themselves off-site if there's nothing to do. Are you a permie?

                  Dear God.

                  2 rules in contracting...

                  1. Fill out you timesheet.
                  2. Do it again next Friday

I seriously struggle to know why someone with such a low level of intelligence as you demostrate can promenade yourself as a UK contractor.

Would it be possible to 'accidentally' break the timesheet app?

Find something to do, add some value, then book time to reflect that. I doubt using an in-house time booking system will have HMRC knocking your door down.
Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.
