    Jet Lag

    Suffering terrible jet lag this time.

    Went to bed 9pm on up at 12, 2 and eventually 4am
    Yesterday to bed 9pm up at 2.30, properly at 4am
    Last night shattered decided to have two hours kip at 6pm woke up at 2.30am, now can't sleep FFS!!!

    Any ideas?

            Cracking got an extra hour or so zzzzzzz. It's 6am and breakfast time. Time for a breakfast thread.

              Fookin gross. I can hear the person in the room on the next floor upstairs having a long piss and farting as they do it.

              Which by assumption means that they probably heard me knocking one out a few hours ago to get back sleep.

              Call this a quality hotel. :
