All I know is if I saw a Accountant posting confidential private accounting information to counter a valid criticism from a paying client , I would steer well clear.

And if I were a respectable accounting body, I would stay well clear of contractors who cannot admit they are completely clueless about basic PAYE and any sort of accounting principles and when they feck up, blame the said accounting body for their own thickness.

NW aren't perfect, but they are respected, and you have slighted their reputation with basically turning you own noobness into 'their fault'.
