Tell me about it - the role was spec'd up wrong so the rate is way below market. At the same time I love the place I am going to be working and I wouldn't have been able to move up the ladder if the role was advertised at the correct rate as I don't have Architect level experience.... long-term investment hopefully.

I was going to but the longer-term one up'd the rate so I get decent rate, security (relative) + better prospects (hopefully).
