The amount he pays in tax can be allegedly counted in pennies!

Make all self assessment returns public in easy to download format with ability to sort by tax paid, ratio of "money in" (loans or what not) and tax paid.

I know the difference and in my view this is tax evasion - if it isn't yet then it certainly should be, and that's the job for Govt to make sure such schemes are easily convictable in court.
