Lets close this thread now, I have helped one poster eat less meat and probably countless others are now starting out on wonder journeys with a meat free diet. (And as a bonus we got some comedy moron posters, thanks dooogh, Mich etc)

Finding the vegan diet isn't working for me, feel rather low and weak. Having done more research I think the healthiest diet goes against most of the conventional wisdom, high fat low carb.
