In all fairness, it's so dull, it's tulipe, but it'll shed the weight I have added on holiday very quickly, and then I am back where I want to be. Its dull and boring, much like MF, but is also very quick, unlike MF.Originally posted by NotAllThere View PostI can't do Dukans - I couldn't give up oil.Comment

Even then, beef is only unhealthy because we routinely feed cattle on grains, corn and other carp that isn't in their natural diet. Cattle raised on what they're supposed to eat (ie, grass) yield meat that is perfectly healthy and much higher in omega 3 fatty acids. If all beef were grass-fed, we could munch down as much of it as we wanted with no ill effects.Originally posted by Mich the Tester View PostWhat's the problem with red meat? OK, it might be good to eat less beef, but venison, hare, ostrich and kangaroo are all very healthy alternatives. Tasty too. You must try my Stewed Skippy some time. You won't be alerting anyone to anything with a mouthful of mixed seeds.Comment

Only if we're rich enough. The reason there is so much crap meat around is that poor people wanted meat as well.Originally posted by GreenLabel View Post... If all beef were grass-fed, we could munch down as much of it as we wanted with no ill effects.
I never realised pork had a taste until I tried some non-intensively farmed stuff.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment

Apparently they taste just like chicken, although they aren't very high in Omega-3s. Two birds one stone.Originally posted by NotAllThere View PostThe reason there is so much crap meat around is that poor people wanted meat as well. While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you.
