Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

Yeah that's normal. They either rape you miserably or deny you exist. I actually used to live about 10 minutes from the Finchley office in London and caused a big problem when I walked into the building, said I had a meeting with a senior member of staff and proceeded to shout at him about his incompetance. That resulted me in being chased for 3 quid rather than 350.Serving religion with the contempt it deserves...Comment
