Kitchen excellent.
Toilets excellent.
Commute <60 mins.

Why do you think we would be disappointed?
Personally I was not expecting immediate disasters*, I just concerned we hadn't heard anything when comparing this day 1 to day 1 of your last disaster.
* we all know its going to go pear shaped within a fortnight. It always does for the Frank Spencer of Cuk.
