Slang for a Fellow, being male, meat and two veg type of chap. Usually referred to in this manner by his bint. e.g. My fella is lush! Or, in certain cases as a colloquialism in a joke or skit of some kind. e.g. "This fella walks in a pub and says 'My elephant f**ks cats...'".
