10 pages?! Yeah, I think some agents might say it's too long, the rest might just not bother saying anything at all. Crikey, even with your depth of experience, 10 pages is way too long I'd have thought. Maybe try to get it down to 4 pages for a start and then see how that pans out?

So much bull about cv's. Mines 7 pages long. Only once did an agent tell me to cut it down to 2 (or 3 max). I said no. So they didn't put me forward. Got the job via another agent.

Funny thing is that I have always landed contracts with it But I always wondered if you keep all the contract you have worked on from when you started on it. I mean 11 years, even at 2 contracts per year, would amount to 22 projects.

Someone should point out that if he gets a cv in word format and it comes out on blue paper that's not really the fault of the person who sent it.

Do you think he gets a contractor in to refill the printer with paper?

I think the point is, he doesn't want to forward CV's which are badly spelt. The article was for YOUR benefit not his; badly spelt, written and presented CV's hit the bin.

What's really sad though, is this agent didn't realise he'd set the language default to Welsh, so it was all badly spelt.
