Which is interesting because a few hours ago they had a headline saying they were still gagged , had been to court and the judge had said to them that they still could not report the affair, and now they've gone with this headline which is slightly different.

So basically they cannot print the story about an affair, but they can name him as the idiot who has taken on Twitter.

Here's the judgement from earlier today, in which Mr Justice Eady refused their application to vary the terms of the injunction by removing the anonymity of the Claimant (although he also refused to order specific disclosure of documents, as requested by the Claimant). Then, with the naming in Parliament coming almost immediately after that judgment, their lawyers decided to take a chance on claiming qualified privilege to report the name.
