What have the 90's ever done for us ?
    Father Ted
    Big Train (first series)
The Royle Family (a couple of specials are post 90s)

Psychoville started in 2009, Nighty Night 2004, Green Wing 2004 and Perfect World in 2000, which is stretching the 90s a bit.

Another vote for Bottom anyway. Under-rated.

Also, Reeves & Mortimer's heyday was in the 90s, though they did some stuff at the end of the 80s and up to quite recently. The bit where they were really funny was in the 90s anyway. Great decade. My favourite out of the 6 decades I've been alive in so far (60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s & 10s), although I can't say I remember much about the 60s (which is a good thing because, apparently, if you can remember the 60s then you weren't there).

Peep Show is number one, think its the 00's though.

I caught a few minutes of some sit com on bbc one which was absolutely awful starring that talented cretin Lee Mack.
