GT is nice but have you tried using a sugar alternative? Or, gradually reduce the amount you take - it's possible to train yourself.

Artificial sweeteners are disgusting and I don't like regular tea or coffee without sugar.

Jasmine tea is delish. Have you got the leaves? The bags are minging. I usually stick a spoonfull in the teapot and then just top it up with hot water through the day. The first few cups are strong. Makes me wee loads!!

I drink tar - strong black coffee, no sugar - heaven

Strong and black is how I like real coffee rather than instant. Especially the Italian stuff
