    Absolutely WHS

For £3.99 or something for a box of a dozen wax earplugs (plastic or foam ones are useless) you can save yourself so much grief.

Oh yes, that's why I'm taking a break next week.

Uncontactable and nothing to do but eat, sleep (etc. ) and maybe the odd drink now and again.

      Bliss.

and have the occasional night, or better still two or three in a row, off the booze.

You never sleep soundly after a skinful, however loud you may snore.

WHS. Exercise will wear you out and you'll sleep a lot better. Also lay off booze and stay away from coffee in the afternoon for a few days.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Yep, forgot to mention the old abstinence trick.

Plenty of water during the day should help clean the old system out.

                  Maybe easier said than done.

Just come home from work and had soup for lunch. Soup?? Missus has dropped 14 pounds in two weeks on one of these lighter life diets in the meantime I've been exercising and put on two pounds and I'm still knocking back the booze to get to sleep and waking up knackered.

So I'm going to go for a vast drop in calories and not drink booze or tea/coffee for the next three weeks. Going to swap for green tea and water. Any other recommendations?

Not drinking coffee/tea will be harder than giving up the booze

Dropping the alcohol is my main recommendation and some regular light exercise. As far as reducing the calories, I don't have any dietary ideas, just try and stay away from processed foods.

                      Good luck.
