      Also long walks in the country and reading newspapers.

      Crosswords.

      Too much time spent in the pub.

      Though on reflection the pub offered:
      • better quality BS
      • better quality wit
      • pool
      • darts
      • pretty girls

      not necessarily in that order

        I used to spend too much time watching TV and not having much of a social life. Thank God I don't do that anymore.

          I might try and live without the internet for a few days. The only major obstacle I can see is my addiction to phone scrabble but that could easily be overcome by being too drunk to spell.
